Compatibility of the smart outlet with other devices

The smart outlet isn't just a way to turn on your teapot while you are waking up, or turn off a forgotten iron or curling iron. The Perenio Smart app for your smart outlet offers predefined templates and allows programming individual scenarios for appliances — turn on the air conditioner or electric heater for maintaining the perfect indoor temperature, or turn off the electric heaters if you’ve been away for a long time while the weather got warmer. Program the lawn sprinklers or flower irrigation system in the morning and in the evening. Configure the scenario for outdoor lighting plugged into the outlet for automatic activation in the evening and automatic deactivation in the morning.

To use the predefined templates menu:

1. Log into the Perenio Smart app and go to “Scenarios”
2. Choose the option for adding scenarios by clicking + in the top right corner
3. Select the template for the scenario

For example, disconnecting power when the entrance door is closed. In this scenario, the opening sensor will also be involved. Then, the situation of forgotten iron will be a thing of the past. When you leave the room and close the door, the appliance will be turned off automatically.

You can also choose the template of energizing when the door is opened. For example, for turning on the TV when you return home from work.
