Warranty and After-Sales Service Procedures
The majority of the products have a warranty offered directly by the respective manufacturers. Please consult appropriate leaflet or warranty card enclosed with the product to find about the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty and nearest service center. In addition, our authorized service centers in the countries where we deliver to are there to help.
Independently of the manufacturer’s warranty provided with products, all products offered to you come with a legal guarantee concerning product conformity and latent defects, as outlined in the consumer protection legislation applicable in the country of delivery of your product.
Our customers could cancel their orders and return the goods at any time within 14 calendar days after the goods were delivered as long as the item has not been used or installed and is returned in the original packaging and that the relevant proof of purchase is provided.
If you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it, you must inform Perenio in writing during this 14 days’ period. Notification could be sent by letter, fax or email email@example.com, listed on "Contact Us" section of the website. A phone call is not enough for cancelation.
If you cancel the order, you will be under an obligation to return the received goods and pay for the cost of doing so. Any payments, postage charges for returning the goods are not refundable.
During cancelation you have to take reasonable care of the product. The goods, original package, instructions, warranty ticket and other packaging arrangement have to be undamaged and returned with the product.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order and returning the goods, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
Perenio will give you a refund based on the original payment method used to buy the products.
Goods Faulty on Arrival
If your item is faulty on receipt (Dead On Arrival - DOA) then please email us prior to returning it using one of our contact email addresses. If the fault is a result of production, we will be happy to have the item repaired or replaced at the nearest to you service center. If the item cannot be replaced or repaired at the service center, then we accept your return. Enclose, with the item, a letter stating the fault and who a refund cheque is payable to. We do not refund postage charges in this case.
DOA goods are covered for up to 28 days from the date of receipt of the product. Beyond this term you should apply to the manufacturer of the product if the manufacturer’s warranty is available, or refer to legal guarantee provided according to consumer protection legislation.
Goods Damaged during delivery
If your item arrives damaged, you are required to contact us immediately with details of the damage. You must retain the envelope and any packaging in order for a claim to be made to the courier for damaging your item in transit. Without all packaging material, you will not be entitled to a damaged goods exchange.
Damaged goods must be reported by mail with the pictures of the damaged packaging to Perenio technical support team within 7 days from the date of delivery.
If you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for the unit to be exchanged prior to your returning the item. We will also refund in money, credit note, or in goods (at our discretion) the cost of shipping.
Mixed goods must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing of the problem within the time limits specified above.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
Save as precluded by law, Perenio will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
